I have a phased waterproof transport pipe that is connected to a wooden waterproof transport pipe connected to a pump above a bit of lava. I set the sending pipe to 10freq, and then go to my tanks which i have tried connecting every which direction, a wooden transport pipe, and a send/receive 10freq, phased waterproof pipe the pipes fill with lava, water, oil but nothing makes it to the tanks. I can place a tank on the pump and that will fill but not with the phased pipe. Just to make sure I put a 9x9 dimensional anchor down as well. still no effect.
