I have the exact same thing but for Tekkit. For some reason Forge Mod Loader (fml) always had problems updating. even with vanilla minecraft i always had to download the libs (library) files manually. Only with the new technic launcher i didnt find any lib/library folder in the ".technic/tekkitmain" folder so i cant fix it by downloading the files manually.

Please help us. Thank you.

I have found a solution. Disable your antivirus/firewall while it downloads. good luck.

Switch the firewall and your antivirus off and start the download again =)

i already turn off my firewall and it still doesnt work :(
