BigDig 1.3.13. My NEI suddenly isnt appearing at all, as if i didn't have it.

So while playing Bigdig on version 1.3.13 my NEI suddenly disappeared, like i mean nothing is there at all, no options to change weather, no display boxes like save 1 save 2 or whatever, no box to search no box for the items, any one have an idea to why this might of happened?
