I have the same survival world on a laptop and desktop, the only difference is that on my desktop i went ahead and changed a room from stone to in order (3high wall) Smooth sand (sorry title said smooth stone but its smooth sand) Stone slabs and Marble Brick. Thing is my FPS is not playable at all anymore on my desktop, i can only play for maybe 2 minutes without a random crash, my laptop on the other hand, has max FPS, i play smoothly and no crashes what so ever. WHAT THE HELL ?!

The same thing is happening to me, ive played big dig for a good 2 weeks and now i can barely play for 5 mniutes, all my memory maxes out or something, and i freeze every 2 seconds, its unbearable, although this started after i used logistics pipes, i hope its not the case, i love that mod. hope we can find the mod or program causing the usage of all the memory

same thing with me, I get stuck on building terrain, help us !?

I have been playing perfectly fine in this 1.3.13 version but for two days now i get a lag every 2 sceonds or so, i cant play at all anymore, i did nothing different on my world, although its only my one big survival world that lags, the others dont. does someone have like a list of items that maybe cause lag in this version? ive tried it all, and i cant stop the lag, any one have any ideas? hope someone can help, thanks! :)

So while playing Bigdig on version 1.3.13 my NEI suddenly disappeared, like i mean nothing is there at all, no options to change weather, no display boxes like save 1 save 2 or whatever, no box to search no box for the items, any one have an idea to why this might of happened?

wow nevermind guys i found out what it was within seconds, il keep it up incase someone gets something similar. What caused it was the solar panel on the moon, it was already there for a good few days before this crash but what ever . I went into MC edit and just deleted it and everything was fine. hope this helps someone!

The solution to this was to lower how much power tekkit was using,to do this i deleted the sound files, and i haven't had a crash since, only problem is there is no sound . blast some music.
