What is the name of the mod that makes diamonds appear at lvl 60 and the mod that gives you that book in the newest version of bigdig?

Cofh core is responsible for ore spawn rates I believe.

The book is from tinkers construct.

fuuu sorry i was thinking to add them in the new twkkit, with the old tekkitish mods (1.5.2 ofc)

It's already there, cofh core is required for Thermal Expansion. The thing that actually changes the world gen is the config file. U can just copy the one from Big Dig to Tekkit and it should work.
