Does anyone know what blocks the spider hook sticks to best

I killed the spider boss and I got a spider hook I've noticed sometimes it wont hook onto things does anybody know is it just certain blocks or a glitch HELP!!!!!

The Spider hook will sometimes fail to stick, but not that often. It's the price you pay to be able to stick onto anything.

I'd just say go for a manualshoot. Isn't it better?

The Manualshoot is the best craftable hookshot in Better Dungeons, but the Spiderhook is a boss drop, and therefore significantly better as it has increased stats.

I watched my husband "spiderman" his way across the nether with a huge lake of lava below him. He likes to live on the edge =/

I find that the manual shot tends to drag you along the ground, whereas the long shot takes you in a strait path to the hook.
