Why can I not walk on water?

Yeah, it sounds like a stupid question, but I should be able to. I'm using the Evertide Amulet on my server and its not letting me walk on water. Its in my hotbar and everything, but its not working.

this might actually be a bug with EE, but just to make sure: are you sure you activated the amulet?

By activating it, you mean turning up it's charge all the way with the 'v' key?

no, by activating I mean hitting the 'g' key.

Freakachu, I can verify this functionality is not working on another server. I've verified that I can activate modes with g with the gem of eternal density and black hole band, but nothing happens visually or functionally with the evertide amulet. The freeze function also fails to do anything for me. I can sling water about and fail at drowning, so at least two of the basic functions are working.

Would love for water walking to function, since it would reduce water traversal times incredibly.

sorry for resurrecting an old topic, (noticed that it hasnt been solved) but i also have the same issue with the freeze function, the other functions work fine for me
