Launcher for 1.6?!?

Hey guys,

do any of you know when the Technic Launcher for Minecraft 1.6.2 is coming out? My favorite server has 1.6 and I want to use Optifine on it, but the launcher is still 1.5. Is it the launcher, or the modpack that is outdated?

it's both right now. from what I understand, 1.6 changed a lot of things that impact our launcher so it has to be updated (this is either already happening or done by now, I'm not sure) but also most mods are not updated yet. I'm not even sure there is an optifine for 1.6 at this point, but I haven't looked so who knows.

No it doesn't support 1.6 yet, if you try to create a modpack on their site the most recent version to choose from is 1.6
