when i am pointing towards torchberries glowcaps icecaps bomb flowers and that little lillypads intwilight forest they just turn invisible

This is an issue with NEI and tooltops.

If you turn off the NEI tool tips this will stop happening.

how do you turn NEI tooltips off?

Go to your inventory (E), in the bottom left hand corner there's a NEI Options button, a wall of buttons pops up with the tooltips among them.
