NEI texture error

Hello, I played Lapito's Galacticraft (tekkit is like a galacticraft) and I have bad textures in NEI. In crafting is it normal, but in NEI is is such as shown. Is this problem with optifine when I install it? My PC is bad for minecraft without optifine. Have you got any reason or solution for this? Thanks.

It's optifine. Deal with the lag or broken textures, pick your poison. Texture packs have nothing to do with it.
