Description of Problem:

Headband of Valor can be enchanted on an enchanting table without it taking away any levels.

I believe this is because (just like the other items in this mod) they will eventually break, be it enchanted or not, half the time the enchantments don't seem to stick or actively work.

Not sure if this is really so problematic as the armor itself has zero value.
