I need some help please. (I'm new around here)

So i need some help BAD. For some reason Big Dig does not load. Its stuck on the Mojang screen forever. I've tried about 6 time and it won't work at all. I don't know if its my computer (Macbook Pro 13" I know its not the best in gaming computer but it's all I have) but I don't think so being that it runs many other bigger games. Please help me!

Try allocating more RAM. I'm sure you have at least 4GB in your machine, try allocating 2 GB in the technic launcher.

Did you try resetting your mod pack?

Hmm ok then check if you have the latest Java version installed, if that also doesn't work delete your BigDig folder, the freeze on Mojang usually comes from corrupt files and while a mod pack reset should fix that I don't trust automated systems 100%.

Thats the last thing I can come up with, if that doesn't do it either you'll have to wait for someone who is more experience with this than I am.
