Amaxter Posted August 15, 2013 Posted August 15, 2013 I've recently made a pretty big custom modpack, with well over 100 mods. I've finally gotten it to the point where it doesn't crash and loads up, all ID conflicts see to be resolved. I set up a server, and am hosting it locally on my computer (which runs Mac OS X). I seem to be able to log in and play perfectly fine on any Mac, but when I go on a PC running any other OS (i.e. Windows) it has ID mismatches, and the clients ids seem to be mismatched and shifted down 256. I am aware that Forge sometimes shifts item ids by 256, but it only seems to be happening on Mac. What is going on? If anyone wants more details and to see it for themselves, try out my modpack and try logging into the server (IP is built in), if anyone could help I would HUGELY appreciate it. And yes, I have made sure the server and client configs are the same, and have gone through countless NEI ID Map Dumps. Nightreaver Posted August 15, 2013 Posted August 15, 2013 you are a victim of this bug, i think https://github.com/calclavia/Modular-Force-Field-System/issues/83 you have to install basic components (get it from here http://www.mediafire.com/download/jv7ot129x5w7xid/BasicComponents_v1.3.2.79.jar , latest 1.5.2 removed on the UE site) on server and client, then it should work Quote
