Description of Problem:

Every once in a while when im walking around i see enderman particles then blocks around my buildings disappear. and when i fix it it disappears again. im not sure if its a bug with other mods i installed ( 1. CustomNPCs 2. useful foods ) so if you can help i would appreciate it

However, I will tell you this:

You got a block thief teleporting around.

It could be an out of control rift. Those things are the black clouds that spread, spawn endermen, and make blocks decay.

Yea i noticed there was a rift nearby and removed it and the problem stopped. Thanks for the help!
