Upon updating my launcher to 0.5.4.9, and then updating Technic, I run into a block ID conflict for block 197. If anyone else has this problem, it can be fixed (on Windows, at least) by deleting %appdata%/.techniclauncher/technicssp/mods/forestry-client-A-1.4.0.3.jar , though I'm not sure if this introduces all those problems with Forestry that are talked about elsewhere yet.
