Hexxit Lag/Freeze, Then Crash

I've gotten this just recently, but I'm on a laptop Windows 7.

My suggestion is to click on the launcher option, cog wheel button on top right corner, and check the "Increase Permgen size" and try tinkering with how much memory you want to allow MC to use. You can't give it the highest RAM usage (3GB) if your computer doesn't have that much to spend. Click on your computer and right-click and click on "Properties" on the computer window to find out how much RAM it has.

This happens me to hexxit on my laptop(windows7,intelcorei7) if i play on singelplayerworld it will freeze in each second and i am playing then on normal distance and on short distance is it not manny time's the lag and the freezing but if im going to the twilight forrest it will lag and freeze amazing O.o can someone help me
