Description of Problem:

I had a strip mine going, and then I wondered why I had gotten a few diamonds but no Uranium Ore. The radiation poisoning should have made it easier to find, yes? I went to (folder) .technic>tekkitmain>config>AtomicScience.cfg and edited

to "ore_generation {

B:"Generate Uranium Ore"=true

I'm in the process of testing if it's spawned and moving things into big backpacks right now to save and then move over to a new world. I'm not sure if it not spawning was on purpose...

Edit: found emerald and diamonds before uranium. Not sure...

There are more options in the config. Like radioactive ore spawn...

update: Do turbines not work? Is that why Uranium is disabled? I made a fission reactor and put a fissile fuel rod in it in a 3x3x2 water pool with 9 turbines above it. The mod creator said that atomic science works with buildcraft and industrialcraft energy. HHHHHHHHHHHhm nope I'm lost.

The turbines spin, anyway. I would not recommend using the atomic science stuff right now, seems buggy and I just crashed a server with toxic waste.

Turbine power output works fine for me. A single fission reactor output enough steam to run twenty large turbines and overflow an 8800 bucket tank farm before exhausting a single fuel rod. The power output is pretty crazy.

Large turbines seem to bug and lose cohesion across chunk boundaries, though.

I'm having this same problem, except I'm not getting any copper/tin etc and I have 4 simultaneous turtles mining down 60x60 blocks from 80 to bedrock, I probably have a stack of diamonds and a chest full of iron and I've found a whopping 5 copper so far.
