Modpack is just Vanilla Minecraft HELP!!!!

Hello there,

I made a modpack like over hundred times and im sure in mot doing it wrong,

But when i start my own modpack up in the technic launcher it will launch Vanilla minecraft, no mods, no forge, just vanilla! Help please! here is my link:

sorry Munaus, i deleted it because i have a half working one, this is my next problem;

all my mods are working but when i start up a world it freezes at Loading world Building terrain, HELP!!

Try reading Luke's guide about modpacks. This part seems to be your problem:

Q: My modpack loads vannilla! What did I do wrong?

A: There are a few things that could have happened:

• Most likely you did not link your pack from your host to the platform right. Make sure that if you go to the link in your Internet browser it downloads your pack without having to press any butons on screen or otherwise.

You dont need to click it just paste and copy it into the technic launcher. But this is not my problem, my problem is dat it freeze when i make a new world!
