Tekkit Server Admin Help

Hello I am Untide, I am working on a new public server for tekkit, and I am in need of some help. I am confused about commands and plugins. What I previously had was a bukkit server, and installed plugins for that no problem. I am wondering if I can install plugins such as essentials and such, so for admins like myself I can enable /fly. I have tried googling this but haven't found anything useful for me. Any advice?

two bits of advice:

(1) no need to mention your name, it's already labelled when you post

(2) try MCPC-Plus; you just need to download the specific version based on whatever version of Minecraft you're running (e.g., if you're using Tekkit 1.1.8 then that means MC 1.5.2). You can get the appropriate file here (note that since you're probably looking for a 1.5.2 build you'll want the filename that ends with B643.jar, for example): http://ci.md-5.net/job/MCPC-Plus-Legacy/

just replace your Tekkit.jar with that file (and make sure it's renamed to Tekkit.jar).
