Custom Modpack Keeps crashing when trying to update it

So I'm trying to update my modpack. I know what mods to put in, but when I update it on the technic launcher, it loads the files, but then it crashes. I Don't know if i'm installing all the mods correctly. I'm mostly having trouble trying to install Flan's content packs because I cant find good installation instructions. Can someone help me whats wrong?
