Single player world edit

Now i have seen many world edit tutorials for a server but i haven't seen an up to date one on single player world edit they are all out of date anyone got any advice on how to do this

How to do what, exactly? "This" is rather vague.

Also, a Tekkit Classic server probably wouldn't need an up to date tutorial since it's so old.
