Blake Cogburn Posted September 27, 2013 Share Posted September 27, 2013 I'm trying to launch the classic Tekkit, but whenever I download it, my computer starts running extremely slow. Upon opening task manager (which took over 5 minutes alone) there were over 100 processes running (I forget the name) all with the same name. This happens when I try to download ANY pack in the Technic Launcher. Does this happen to anyone else? Is there a fix for it? I'm running on a very old laptop, but it has a 2.0 GHz processor w/ 4 GB of RAM. I dunno if this is the right forum, so please don't scold me if it is.
