Lapito's Galacticraft Modpack problems

So I decided to run a server using this modpack so I downloaded all the server stuff they provided on the technicpack page, the 1.84 server, But when I run it I cant place any modded items down..they just disappear when I place them or when I try to use them, I know its probably something Ive done wrong but I cant figure out what, Its not spawn protection for sure

That means you're not running a modded server. Something's wrong with the .jar, it must not have Forge installed.

Theres 2 jar files in there and a 'start' Windows batch file that opens to what looks like a cmd.. Im pretty sure i need to run that first.. and The 2 Jars are the normal minecraft server executable and LGM executable, Opening the LGM makes 2 forgemodloader-server files appear in the folder..1 text 1 LCK file..

Pretty sure you need to run it off the .bat, assuming it's the same as Tekkit servers. That'll run the server itself - you don't just run it first, you only run ut.

I have no idea what you mean, Why dont you go to http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/details/lapitos-galacticraft.4030 Download the server folder and have a look, then you can tell me whats up
