Applied Energistics rv14 - http://ae-mod.info/Dev/ M3ga's Extra Cells - http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1801643-/ Everything compatible with MC 1.6.4 listed at http://universalelectricity.com/ I know that Applied Energistics and M3ga's Extra Cells are fully compatible with 1.6.4. However some of the mods listed at http://universalelectricity.com/ might not have been released for MC 1.6.4 yet. Quote

Amaxter Posted October 13, 2013 Posted October 13, 2013 Put it in the bin folder. You'll also need a version.json which can be obtained from the folder in the versions folder of your Minecraft directory that you have Forge in. Quote
