Applied Energistics rv14 - http://ae-mod.info/Dev/ M3ga's Extra Cells - http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1801643-/ Everything compatible with MC 1.6.4 listed at http://universalelectricity.com/ I know that Applied Energistics and M3ga's Extra Cells are fully compatible with 1.6.4.
