Mod pack request

I want a mod pack for MC 1.6.4 including all of the following mods.

Applied Energistics rv14 - http://ae-mod.info/Dev/

M3ga's Extra Cells - http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1801643-/

Everything compatible with MC 1.6.4 listed at http://universalelectricity.com/

I know that Applied Energistics and M3ga's Extra Cells are fully compatible with 1.6.4.

However some of the mods listed at http://universalelectricity.com/ might not have been released for MC 1.6.4 yet.

I made my own thread because the stickied mod request thread is no longer maintained and making modpacks for people.

You can't do this yourself? If you don't like making your own, then try another. There's plenty of modpacks with mods like the ones you requested.

What do I do for the modpack.jar for 1.6.4 modpacks?

Put it in the bin folder. You'll also need a version.json which can be obtained from the folder in the versions folder of your Minecraft directory that you have Forge in.
