i downloaded the technic launcher and when i launched it their wasnt any mod packs their i redownloaded it and it still isnt working can you help me with this as soon as possable plz

You may have a virus called "RelevantKnowledge" that breaks Technic. Remove it with the anti-malware tool of your choice.
