Does Railcraft use a [fakeuser] ?

hi i was wondering if railcraft uses a fakeuser or something to where it check to see if there is a block protection in place for the tunnel bore like how the quarry uses [buildcraft] as a player with a plugin example residence

it looks to me as if when you place a tunnel bore it usses the id of the player who placed it.

There is a fakeplayer for RailCraft; however, I do not believe it applies to the TBM.
