Weird Problem, Need To Kill Hundreds of Chocobos

I am running a hexxit (1.0.5) server through a hosting service (fadehost.com) and for some reason the server spawned literally hundreds of chocobos near our house and is lagging and crashing our server. I need a way to kill all of them easily. I have tried installing plugins that kill mobs through the plugin service offered by fadehost but none of them have worked. How can i kill or clear all of these chocobos without having to kill them one by one?? Thanks

1. Install BukkitForge.

1a. Get WorldEdit

2. Use the WorldEdit //slaughter | or //butcher command. I can't figure it out.

Have you heard of the essentials plugin? its very nice. it has TONS of /commands that will greatly improve your server.

down essentials then, do /killall It will kill all entites within several chunks of you.
