No .techniclauncher file in Roaming

Description of Problem:

I have just installed Technic Launcher and it didn't run, so I checked the C/Users/my username was here/AppData/Roaming and there was no .techniclauncher there. I have show hidden files on and I have checked the whole folder.

Daft question, but do you have a .technic folder there?

Also when you downloaded the newest version of the launcher, did it ask you to choose a location to install the files? If I delete my .technic folder and re-run the launcher, it tells me the .technic folder doesn't exist and asks if I want to create it or install to a different location.

%appdata% had no .technic file/folder there, and no, it didn't ask me to choose a location to save it in. I can't get the launcher to run.

I'll recheck the folder now.

Delete whatever Technic folder/file you have on desktop or anywhere else and re-download the launcher from Technicpack.net
