Description of Problem:

when ever i try to launch ANY pack in the technic launcher it says, Error: could not create the java virtual machine. Error: a fatal exception has occurred. Program will now exit. and i cant play.

What bit is your OS running, 32 or 64?

And what bit is your Java running, 32 or 64? It has to match.

If you have a windows 8 that runs 64 bit and a java with 32 bit, uninstall the java and get a new one that is 64.
