No mod packs are showing (default mod packs when installing technic launcher)

Launcher Version: 342

Operating System: Windows 7

Java Version: 7 Update 45

Antivirus Program: AVG

Description of Problem:

i loaded up the technic launcher and it wouldnt load so i deleted the .technic file and started from scratch, then re-installed the launcher and now every time i load the launcher up it doesnt load any of the default modpacks along with it. (i dont know if im allowed to speak about that in this section but as it was all the mod packs i didnt know where to post it) (i only play tekkit lite and tekkit so if theres no fix or anything is there any way possible to manually add them modpacks?)

I did this same thing (deleted the folder) and this same thing is happening to me. But this solution did not work. I tried and deleted at least 5 times. It has become very frustrating
