Help with Bukkit + Perms

Can someone here that has/knows about servers with PermissionsEx and all that to control all their plugins help me configure it right? I know exactly what to do once the permissions.yml for PermissionsEx is configured correctly with adding plugins + perms. But I just can't get started . So basically I just need a working PermissionsEx for the current tekkit 2.1.1 bukkit setup, and a working config.yml + permissions.yml. And as I said before, once it's configured right, I know how to go about adding more plugins and adding permissions for more user groups. Thanks to anyone that tries to help.

I've tried a lot of prebuilt .yml files, and then edited them to my preference. But they didn't make a difference when I tested it :S

Try removing Command Book, it fixed all of my problems with permissions.

If you need any help I have a pretty basic setup I am using for my server that I could share.

Yes, please, can you give me a download of your server folder? You don't have to include your world, just keep everything but that .
