[1.6.4] Issue with custom server: rollback chunks: Mac

Ok so this custom mod pack : the mini pack: its fantastic in it's creation and serves all my needs, however,I can't seem to be able to form a proper server as my chunks keep rolling back and resetting....

If anyone could help me that would be fantastic....

BTW: It's run through my terminal with the 1.6.4 build from the "custom server guide"... and I fallowed those instructions long with the instructions of running a server on a terminal via ch+x (or whatever that is... Im not good with computers... )

Make sure to save the world with /save-all before you shut the server down.

Hmmm.... Well sometimes the world rolls back mid-game any way to fix that?

Mid-game? That's very strange.

Sounds like the server is unable to save your progress, does it have permission to write in the world folder?

I'm not aware of how to check that...

I remember allowing the terminal to access the server with the whole

"#!/bin/bashcd "$(dirname "$0")" bit and the "chmod a+x" part but asside from that and setting myself as op via the folder I haven't touched anything else....
