Won't let me sign in

Description of Problem:

I got Minecraft recently and went to create a Minecraft account, but I must have made a Mojang account and whenever I go to sign in on the Technic Launcher, it says Invalid Creditials. Invalid Username of Password.

I got in using my Mojang account but with my email address as the username.

If you sign into your minecraft account with your email use that in the Techic launcher.

I have the same problem. I tried toging in with my username and my email but neither worked. I tried to re-install the launcher but that didn't work either. I still don't know what to do. Please help.
