Do you have any antivirus installed? Which one?

Do you have a firewall installed?

Please find out what java you have, google to find out.

You are 4 updates behind me on the java, I have 7 update 25. Just to be sure, try updating to the latest java (which is update 45 today).

Backup any saves you may have and delete the .technic folder inside %appdata% -> Roaming

This will force the launcher to redownload everything, it may be that some file is missing.

Before you start the launcher be sure to right click on it and choose on the drop-down menu "Run as admin".

If not, make your own bug thread and don't jump in someone elses...
