Launcher asks for location outside .technic when installing packs

Operating System: Windows 7 64x (also occurred on Windows XP 32x)

Java Version: Java 7.45

Antivirus Program: Windows Defender

Description of Problem:

When friends install my pack: http://www.technicpack.net/modpack/details/industrial-dynasty.232539

The launcher doesn't allow them to install, instead asks for them to select a location outside of .techninc

The author has enabled force directory change

Find/Create an empty folder outside .technic

lol, okay. I thought it was a serious bug. I'm the author of that modpack, I must have accidentally hit the force directory change.
