Title: Nether= Battletower spawns on my home and destroys it

Java Version: Verison 7 (currently updated, that was my previous problem and now that's fixed)

Description of Problem:

So I finally get the resources to go to the nether. I built my base in a nice place away from structures, in a mountain side. I finally get to go to the nether... I wish I hadn't. I go to the nether, see that I'm dying, I go home, die in my realm, then when I respawn it said my bed was missing or obstructed. Oh, I must've got it too cramped over there in that corner. Well, guess what the world thinks. "What corner? There was no corner. There was only a battletower" that recently spawned near my home and the dirt and stone generated around it replaced most of my home. That battle tower was not there before and it spawned when I went to the nether. Fortunately, I do have a backup of when I tried to delete hexxit and reinstall it to fix my last bug, which was actually just java being unupdated. But I did a lot of work! I don't want to go back to before I got to start playing again! Now, I do have keepInventory On so I have only the stuff I was carrying with me... Now to fix this, I have no clue. I can't recover everything. But I was wondering if a mod could take both save files and get my inventory from the new one and put that in the world of the backup save. That's how I think it could be fixed... not entirely, but it would give a place to start.

So I just checked the battle tower... It has insane loot! But that doesnt replace all of my ores and stuff... only my hexical essence and some diamonds, along with some good loot. I want my base back though, if there's a way to revert it.

Do you know what I need? Some sort of Extreme Home Makeover and Pimp my Minecraft Crossover. My house got destroyed, now it could be fixed... But that's redicuous to expect. Just something to hope...

MCEdit can be used if you want the tower removed, but as for items lost... well if you don't wish to rewrite your save with the backup one you could just use NEI and spawn the items if you remember what you had.

I don't know of any mod that can move items from one save to another.

I think I am going to check the old save and screenshot my chests and give myself what I lost since then. Also, I'm going to give myself a EHM/PMM redo of my house, like Jerry's Tree, but this time it will be a sky base where nothing can destroy it. And Backup every time before the nether. The battletower had good loot, enough to replace my hexxical essence and give me some armor, but not all my random stuff. I will have to search that stuff up. I will give before and after screenshots.

Is there a Y co-ordinate where nothing spawns? If their is, I could make a base out of command blocks where nothing will spawn, but how high do I have to be to be higher than slime islands?

What is Coph Cores? From what you said, I understood:

Blame mod(coph core) Regenerate the world (Retrogen) Feature (feature)

Anyways what is Coph Core and can we remove it from hexxit? not a personal hexxit fix but a fix to hexxit in general.
