Tekkit (and Hexxit) aren't in my launcher when i download it!

Title: Tekkit (and Hexxit) aren't in my launcher when i download it!

OS: Windows 7

Java Version: Java 7

Description of Problem:

When i installed the launcher i moved it to my desk top to open it and i had 0 mod packs. My friend told me i should have Hexxit and Tekkit in my mod packs but there not there

This is not a Tekkit Bug if you have no modpacks. It's a Technic launcher bug
