my modpack wont work

i made a mod pack and it wont work all it says is

"Error unzipping a file for the following pack:RedstoneFactory

error in opening .zip file

please consult the modpack author"

please help me if you can

Where are you hosting your mod pack and what archiver are you using for the modpack.zip? Make sure you're using the direct link.

im useing .RAR i called it "RedstoneFactory.zip" its located at C:\Users\***********\AppData\Roaming\.technic\modpacks\redstonefactory

the only thing in the bin is called "modpack.jar"

.rar is not .zip, even if you rename it.

Don't use .RAR, i reccomend 7zip if you're on Windows and Unarchiver on Mac, name it modpack.zip, rar doesn't work. That's your problem. And by hsoting I mean like DropBox or what? Just don't use WinRAR, use 7zip (assuming you're on Windows).

I really need Help my link is https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/263233901/modpack.html because I was told to change it to html and I went into C:\users\******\AppData\roaming\.technic\modpacks\pixelmon-immortal-pack and renamed it to pixelmon-immortal-pack.html
