No Modpack loads and Cant Connect

Launcher Version: Build #383

Operating System: Win 8

Java Version: Java Version 7

Antivirus Program: Avast

Description of Problem:

All Packs are offline and aren't there Only "Add New Modpack" and if i paste a modpack link There is a Error called "Error parsing platform Response"

Error Messages:

When i want to ADD a pack:"Error parsing platform Response"

But there is also a Bug that There is only written add new modpack and there are no modpacks

Please don't bump your post

Before you start the launcher, try right-clicking it and choose "Run as admin".
