This is really simple.

put the latest version of 1.6.4 forge uiniversal in the modpack's bin and rename it "modpack.jar"

Twotails, calm the language down please. Roughly 1/3rd of your the help request responses have the word fuck in them.

Just prod em towards the guide if you feel exasperated by the neverending basic questions.

Hey twotails, I've tried this and it either doesn't load forge, thus it gets to the mojang logo and then crash or just doesn't open minecraft, I notice technic doesn't load fml....

Either a crash report or a link to download the modpack would help.

In any case, make sure it's saved as "modpack".jar, not "modpack.jar".zip. The easiest way to do this is to:

a. Copy any jar file and use an archiver such as winRAR or 7zip to delete all but one file/folder (if you delete everything the jar file deletes)

b. Drag the CONTENTS of your downloaded version of forge (NOT THE ZIP ITSELF) into the jar

c. Delete the file/folder you didn't delete in step a

d. Rename it "modpack"
