When hitting the "Down Arrow" to get to the next modpack all the modpacks switch around

Description of Problem:

When hitting the "Down Arrow" to get to the next modpack all the modpacks switch around, EX: In middle: Voltz, right below, Treeit. Hit down arrow BIG DIG appears instead of tree it. I can still get to Treeit if I click on the icon but I cant access new modpacks I add.

Treeit = Tekkit? I hope you mean Tekkit, there is no Treeit modpack as far as I've noticed.

And have you tried using your middle scrolling wheel on your mouse?
