Fossil/ Archeology Mod

Hello anyone who is reading this. I was one of the people who donated a few days ago to play the modpack early and it was working fine until it has become public. Why? It keeps saying there is a problem with fossil/archeology- research. Don't really know what that is but I have used the mod in other packs and it worked fine. Please help. I really want to play this.
