Launcher Refuses to Work

Description of Problem:

Instantaneous crash. I'll double click the launcher and it crashes. I tried switching to B-Team and now my Technic is basically dead. Please help me, I've redownloaded the launcher several times, updated my Java, deleted a couple of strange modpacks. I literally cannot play.

Uninstall Norton, it blocks the launcher by default.
