All modpacks are Offline and it doesent run the modpacks at all.

Description of Problem:

All modpacks are Offline.It has Offline on each modpack, every single one.Doesn't Run any Modpacks, Doesn't Add any Modpacks and Doesn't Download Any Modpacks which I was going to run. And when I try the launchr at my friends house with his windows 8 PC it works fine.
