Trying to figure out what the appropriate pipe/duct is to transport liquid XP. every howto video uses buildcraft pipes. I tried both fluiducts and itemducts from TE3.

Any ideas?

the fluiduct wont connect directly to the LXP absorber, but you can put an openblocks tank in between the absorber and the fluiduct, just make sure you wrench the fluiduct so its in extract mode(red arrow will show), then give it a redstone signal, or install a pneamatic servo.

Hmm does this mean we need an openblocks tank before every piece of machinery? Will the LXP block pull up from a tank?

I think this sounds like an issue that we should see if either LXP or TE3 can fix :(

It just needs it for the absorber, for some reason it they just dont want to connect to that block. but I tested a couple other of the LXP machine and they seemed to work fine with the liquiduct pipes

I believe the problem is that the absorber does not have a visible internal tank, as far as the forge liquids coding is concerned. Regardless, a TE portable tank underneath definitely works, and is very cheap to produce.

So I got back to this, and for everything you need to enchant, all works great with the tank off the absorber.

Newest problem is getting the Catalizer to work... I can't seem to get it to take LXP even with Tank buffers or pneumatic servos. Anyone got this working?

Edit: Applying redstone power to the servo did the trick.

However it appears that the mine factory Reloaded Grinder and the Catalyzer do not work together :(
