Daemon_Eleuel Posted February 11, 2014 Posted February 11, 2014 Ok, this is rather confusing. How do I use a chemical extractor? It doesn't seem to be powered by redstone conduits, nor will it pipe anything in its tanks from fluiducts (tekkit on 1.6.4). Any hint? :| Quote
00Ducky Posted February 11, 2014 Posted February 11, 2014 (edited) The sides really matter in atomic science. I made a video on it in 1.5.2 Edited February 11, 2014 by 00Ducky Quote
Daemon_Eleuel Posted February 11, 2014 Author Posted February 11, 2014 Actually I did try that, the sides are reasonably easy to figure out, but it still doesn't work :| anyone tried with the TE 3 ducts? Quote
TonyVS Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 fluid ducts? yes you need to set the input on the fluid ducts that are touching the back of the chemical extractor and install a pneumatic servo Quote
Daemon_Eleuel Posted February 13, 2014 Author Posted February 13, 2014 And it does extract liquid deuterium now, does it? Or it's still about filling and emptying cells? Quote
TonyVS Posted February 14, 2014 Posted February 14, 2014 Deuterium has always been a liquid the benefit now is you don't need the empty cells now. I just pipe 4 extractors directly into my each reactor now, works like a hot damn Quote
Daemon_Eleuel Posted February 17, 2014 Author Posted February 17, 2014 Jepp, worked. Now having a fusion reactor running full-time and I don't know how many steam engines attached to it... Quote
TonyVS Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 hehe redstone energy cells and a tesseract has a much smaller foot print Quote
TonyVS Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 (edited) this is the under side of each of my reactors the tesseracts are connected to the power output from the turbines above Edited February 17, 2014 by TonyVS Quote
Daemon_Eleuel Posted February 18, 2014 Author Posted February 18, 2014 I just used the steam engines from... some mod. Not the AS turbines. And I used them as flooring so it doesn't look too bad Quote
