No Ores

I i started up a new world,and i mine everywhere in creative. I can't find copper, silver, aluminium, etc.. until i travel hundreds of blocks away from my spawn. Is it just me?

have you generated an other world as well? see if the same happens?

Yes i have, still not seeing ores until hundreds of block away.

Try redownloading the pack. it may have missed downloading the .properties in the Minecraft files.

There's something up with the cofh core config, just redownload and try again.
