Dropbox link dosent work

I made my first modpack today just as a tutorial video said. but when he showed how to upload a thing to dropbox i did the exact same thing but then when i went into the launcher it said that it couldn't download from the dropbox link. any ideas on how to fix it or other sites i could use?

Dropbox is a VERY poor choice for hosting, if your direct links are overused dropbox disables them, thereby preventing your pack from being downloaded

Have you enabled a public folder? It was tricky for me, but I found a tut on youtube.

dropbox made it more obscure... :/
